Located At The Heart Of Kuala Lumpur City Centre, This Impressive 120,000 Sq. Ft. Facility Includes Wet And Dry Research Laboratories For Specialised Processing And Research Involving A Unique World-Class Collection Of Floras And Faunas.

YTL Group has provided mechanical services for our centre’s laboratory and research facilities. High plume exhaust fans are installed at our laboratories and embodies simple and effective low energy strategies and sustainability features. This is to safely and effectively expel and disperse toxic fumes from the building, maintaining safety and comfort for building occupants. To maximize its energy efficiency and to maintain a high ventilation rate, the heat contained in the exhaust air is recovered to preheat the incoming fresh ventilation air. Laboratory services, plumbing systems and fire protection systems were also provided.
